Refund Policy for CorrectionalOfficerOutfitters.com:

Customized Apparel: We do not offer refunds on customized apparel, as these items cannot be fixed once personalized. We recommend reviewing all customization details carefully before placing an order.

Non-Customized Apparel Returns: Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regretfully cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging and condition. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please refer to the packing slip for the return address information.

Partial Refunds (if applicable): There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted, such as if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Additionally, any item returned more than 30 days after delivery is not eligible for a refund.

Refunds (if applicable): Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in a timely manner.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.

Shipping: To return your product, please mail it to the address indicated on your packing slip. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount. Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds Processed by WooCommerce.com: Our payment processor, WooCommerce.com, submits refunds immediately and makes every effort to process them as quickly as possible. However, please note that it may take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account or card, as this is dependent on your financial institution.
